Adam Burczyk – Founder and Chief Executive Officer
- Started his derivatives career as Chief Technical Writer for the front office interest rate trading system and back-office processing system of two of the top ten global derivatives dealers in the world.
- Worked as a derivatives professional at two major asset managers, and as a strategic planner to the derivatives business of a major Chicago bank.
- Founded Actuarials business in 2000.
- Obtained Bachelors Degree in English in 1989 from the University of Pennsylvania.
John McPartland – Chief Compliance Officer
- Spent 25 years designing, building clearing collateral management and risk-mitigation systems for top commodities merchants and banks.
- Currently contributes to the Federal Reserve’s position on public policy issues involving netting systems and international competitiveness.
- Started an exchange-parented Trust Company from scratch.
- Serves as a member of the CFTC’s Technology Committee and is the chairman of its Market Access committee.
Michael Usiak – Head of Execution Services
- Has spent 24 years actively participating in financial markets, including operational experience
in every facet of options and stock trading.
- Ran his own stock and options execution desk on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange.
- Was a member of Chicago Stock Exchange.
- Traded sophisticated option arbitrage strategies for his own account.
Paul Schneider – Chief Technology Officer
- Over 15 years of experience in system architecture and large applications design of financial derivatives software applications on Microsoft Windows and Unix platforms.
- Designed architecture for next generation quote, price and risk servers at a major Chicago options trading firm to facilitated real-time evaluation and execution of tens of thousands of options order quotes per second.
- Responsible for system architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
