“Duke” Chapman most recently served as Chairman of ABN-AMRO Financial Services, pioneering investment services programs to professional clients under the banner of LaSalle Bank. Mr. Chapman also served as Vice Chairman of ABN-AMRO Inc., from 1997 to 2002.

From 1986 to 1997, Mr. Chapman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). Prior to joining the CBOE, Mr. Chapman was appointed Vice Chairman of American Express Bank Ltd. where he was primarily responsible for building its private banking business, after serving in earlier leadership roles as CEO of Shearson Hamill, and as Co-Chairman of Shearson Loeb Rhodes.

He is the past President of the International Options Markets Association, and a former executive committee member and Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee on Derivatives of the International Federation of Stock Exchanges.

Mr. Chapman received his Bachelor’s degree from Williams College and his law degree from Columbia University. Mr. Chapman is presently an esteemed advisor with Wall Street Management and Capital, Inc., a top strategic consulting and planning firm to private firms and publicly-traded corporations.
